Isolating your home in winters is a real task for you. You might not be aware but the heat lost during isolation is in a big amount and if you can track the lost heat, you will be able to save a lot. Thermostat is one of the devices that can manage the temperature in your home but it cannot show you the amount of heat lost. So what would you do to know that amount of heat?

With the evolution of Internet of Things, a device name Tempo Environment Monitor has come into the market. It has been designed by the experts to measure the heat loss during the isolation and also works with beacons which is an additional advantage for the customers. The ‘Tempo’ looks very stylish and pebble stone like. Now let us see how this device works and what are its special features:

Measures Temperature, Humidity & Barometric Pressure:

The most interesting feature of this device is it stores the data of 30 days and you can download each and every report through the app on your Android smartphones and iPhone. ‘Tempo Environment Monitor’ records the temperature, humidity and barometric pressure everyday and lets you know how much of heat is lost during the isolation and after the isolation period.

It might not be possible to show the exact place from where the heat is lost but you can at least know how to cut down your energy bills by pointing out the places of heat loss. The device can placed in a room or outdoors to know the temperature and by this you can know how much you need to heat your room. The temperature can be viewed on your app for every 5 minutes to one hour to one day as per your requirements.

Tempo Works with iBeacon:

Tempo’s working with beacons is even more beneficial to you. Whenever you pass through the Tempo, it will give you notifications on your Beacon app about the temperature, humidity, etc. This is possible when the beacon after entering the UUID calibrates with Tempo’s app. Apart from getting information on hourly basis, you can get insights of your home’s temperature when you are in the range of beacon. Now isn’t it really beneficial? Even if the beacon is synchronized with Tempo, the device doesn’t stop working and gathers the information on hourly basis or daily basis (As per your requirement). A customized beacon application is required for the beacon that you can use with Tempo and it can be easily availed through the development of the beacon apps done by the experts at Lets Nurture.

Tempo’s Battery Life:

It is quite important to let you know about the Tempo’s battery life. According to the manufacturers, the device needs a battery change every year if used normally. But when you connect it with the Beacon, the battery consumption will be more. So in that case, you need to change the battery for every 7-9 months approximately.

Tempo iBeacons Available in Various Colours:

When it comes to getting some stylish devices with technology at its best, Tempo might be your first choice. The device comes in several vibrant colours. Already, the device looks awesome with its shape and smoothness and the colours available will make it look even special. The Tempo costs just $72 which is not that costly to save your yearly energy bills.

The application working with Tempo and Beacon is something unique for the users to experience. Getting information on both the apps (Beacon and Tempo app) is a real boon. If you want such unique solutions for beacon apps, you can get in touch with the experts of Lets Nurture today!
